1. Acceptance of Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify 8k8apk immediately of any changes. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with 8k8apk. Multiple or duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.

You agree to choose a strong password and username that you will use for 8k8apk Login purposes. Your login credentials are personal and confidential. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to your use of 8k8apk shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.
